Introduction

Day 1 of our T25 workout and family transformation. Today we're taking "before" pictures and measurements to compare with the end results. In 10 weeks we hope to be healthier, happier versions of ourselves, and to have learned a lot from this experience. Every "STATurday" we'll post updated progress, and hopefully along the way we'll each write a little bit about our experiences with this journey. We also may share some of our favorite healthy and energizing meals, best workout tips, etc.

Our family is comprised of my mother, 42, two brothers, 16 and 15, and myself, 21. In our house there are also my husband and 7-month-old daughter, but they are taking more of a sideline role in this adventure.
